Mitsui Ocean Fuji: What’s Included, and What to Check
Disclosure: Luxury Cruise News is independent. Albert Hartigan, who runs the Mitsui Ocean Cruises brand in the USA, is affiliated with the brand discussed here.
Mitsui Ocean Fuji is a 458-guest, all-suite ship that entered service with Mitsui Ocean Cruises in December 2024. The line’s US website lists Wi-Fi, gratuities and most beverages, including specialty coffees, wine, beer and cocktails, among its fare inclusions.
Shore experiences
The US ship page describes one half-day excursion in every port with an English-speaking guide. The sailings page describes included port experiences that can take the form of a half-day tour, a full-day tour with lunch or a port shuttle. Ask your advisor for the included program for your specific voyage rather than assuming every port has the same tour format.
Some experiences cost extra
Most beverages are included, but some premium drinks carry an additional charge. The line also lists paid Tamatebako afternoon tea and an Omakase sushi and sake pairing for a fee on selected nights. Hokusai Fine Dining requires reservations, and additional charges may apply.
Before booking, request a voyage-specific list of inclusions and optional charges. Treat “inclusive” as a starting point for that conversation, not a promise that every drink, dining experience or activity is free.
