Updates to Oceania's Culinary Program

Line is adding features to its onboard wine & dining, and welcoming guest chefs aboard

Oceania Cruises is making updates to its onboard culinary program, starting with two new features for its food and beverage offerings.

The cruise line has created a wine-by-the-bottle package, including some wines that are not on the regular wine list. There will also be a new pairings menu in the La Reserve by Wine Spectator tasting room on Riviera and Marina.

In addition, Oceania will welcome guest chefs aboard the upcoming 180-day world cruise (leaving in January). Chefs scheduled to appear include Olivier Desaintmartin of Philadelphia’s Caribou Café, and Jean-Louis Dumonet, executive chef of the Union Club in New York City and president of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France.
