Luxury cruise line announces new shore excursions
Luxury cruise line Silversea Cruises will offer more than 60 extended mid-voyage excursions, including 11 new overland adventures in some of the world’s most exotic locales in 2015.
Unlike a partial-day shore tour, single- or multiple-day inland adventures offer a more intimate, in-depth encounter with the local people, history, wildlife, and natural attractions that lie just beyond the ports of call.
Highlights include 2-day safari in Africa’s Tsavo East National Park Bush, a 4-day Taj Mahal & Jaipur – A Magical Journey to India excursion, and the 5-day The Andes & the Train to the Devil’s Nose excursion, which takes visitors on a thrilling train ride through the Andes.
