The Princess ship will be renamed the Sirena upon delivery in March 2016
Princess Cruises has agreed to sell the Ocean Princess to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings for the Oceania Cruises brand. Upon delivery in March 2016, the 684-passenger ship will be renamed the Sirena.
Once Oceania takes delivery of the ship, it will undergo a $40 million refurbishment, after which it will feature the Toscana and Polo Grill specialty restaurants and the Baristas coffee bar.
The ship will sail its first cruise as the Sirena in late April 2016. More details on the inaugural season will be released in early 2015, with reservations scheduled to open on March 4.
