New operator of people-to-people programs offers a yacht cruise of Cuba
While U.S. regulations do not allow people-to-people travel to Cuba by sea, once there, travelers may visit destinations by boat, allowing the cruise to explore the Western part of Cuba.
Accompanied by Cuban specialists and an interpreter, guests on the tour will enjoy excursions to museums, art galleries, nature preserves, a sea turtle breeding center, schools, and community and religious centers in Havana, Cayo Largo, Trinidad, and Cienfuegos.
While the yacht accommodates up to 46 passengers, the maximum tour size for Group IST is 25.
Saturday departures of the tour run through April 18, 2015.
