Silversea Cruises’ uncanny ability to bring guests up close and personal to even the most remote destinations, makes it a top choice cruise line for those looking to dive deep into destinations around the world. The company has long been known for matching entertainment, cultural performances and cuisine with local ports. And, it seems Silversea Cruises is taking this niche one step further, resulting in an even more immersive travel experience.
This year, Silversea Cruises will expand its local entertainment offerings by nearly threefold. Of the 112 local performances, many are tailored exclusively for cruise line guests. With spectacular performances by talented local artists and culturally rich experiences around the world guests experience an authentic look into destinations.
“Leveraging our destination expertise, these exceptional performers are handpicked not only to entertain but also to present the true essence of their country’s culture and traditions,” said Antonio Marangi, Silversea’s Director of Entertainment and Enrichment. “Silversea’s complimentary entertainment program provides our guests with a deeper and more meaningful immersion into the authentic culture of a destination, going beyond their experiences ashore, and creating moments that are both personally enriching and transformative.”
When traveling aboard Silver Muse, Silver Wind, Silver Whisper, Silver Shadow, Silver Spirit and Silver Cloud most guests cruising for 10 days or more will have the opportunity to view bespoke entertainment showcasing the spirit, traditions, and customs from around the globe. In addition to Silversea’s custom entertainment program, guests will be treated to immersive experiences such as Flamenco in Spain and works of Tuscan composers in Italy.
